FROM A HUMBLE BACKGROUND TO THE WORLD.
Kirunda Ali, a known worldwide author and a poet. From
Jinja city the habitat for the source of the Nile the world’s longest fresh river, River Nile situated in Busoga Kingdom, Uganda.
His writing calling started way back in school where he could write poems and short stories on different topics, writing and editing news too.
He owns a great experience in literature including five years of teaching literature from senior one to senior six, with a profound experience in skills training both hard and soft
skills, an environmental activist, volunteered in several organizations like educate! Restless development, and several others.
Holds a degree in mass communication from Kampala university, where he was too the head of Muslims. With leadership education and trainings like from Development associates international from USA, financial education in Islamic financing a certificate from Amanah institute of Islamic finance and economics based in Germany, conducted a programme on one of Busoga based radio for a period of one year and five months on a theme of believing in ourselves as Basoga people, the programme was conducted in Lusoga and a mixture of English. This led to his total dunking in the writing career with his first debut book titled First Believe, and several like Back to Islam, Poetry of today with over two hundred and seventeen poems in one book, Sorry my Son, Mob Justice an act of terror, Debtor, Follow your dreams, Suffering can end, Angel kid edition one the children’s book, The Pride of Busoga a book about the Busoga Kingdom a marvelous kingdom, strategically located in Eastern region of Uganda the book locomotes you through all the amazing wonders of the Busoga kingdom from endowed cultural and tourist sites to the welcoming humble people, the music, dance and drama, the great leadership and the economic growth of the kingdom, various professors appreciated the book as the first of its kind to tell the whole picture of Busoga kingdom, Hands-on skills edition one, Chaos in the Mansion and a fictional witty play book
revealing the power of love titled Morena and Troy his current new book. Enjoy the ride.
