Deograsius Latimson Obalim is a Ugandan software engineer, entrepreneur and poet. He is the Founder and CEO of NORTHUB TECHNOLOGIES, a Kampala-based technology company focused on developing practical digital and ICT solutions for businesses, institutions and communities.

At the intersection of technology and literature, Deograsius explores themes of humanity, ethics, innovation and the evolving relationship between people and artificial intelligence. His poetry and writing examine how technological progress shapes societies, economies and human identity, with particular attention to perspectives from the Global South.
